KAUCHUK

FACTORY CLUB

Modern, minimalist interior with white walls, large windows, wooden flooring, and black metal tables and chairs.

Renovation of the Kauchuk Factory Club, a world-renowned landmark of Soviet architectural avant-garde, constructed in 1927–1929 by architect Konstantin Melnikov.

The project adapts the building into a contemporary student theatre while preserving and reinterpreting its original architectural structure. New functions are introduced with care, maintaining the spatial logic and character of the historic interior.
